RT Tire Company's free shipping offer applies to UPS deliverable addresses in the continental United States only. We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other locations for actual shipping costs (no handling fees). State sales tax will apply if you live in OH (6.5%)
Product Availability
Over 98% of parts ship within 48 hours of order placement. RT Tire Company will do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible and notify you of the estimated time of delivery. While many aftermarket alloy wheels are designed to use your car's original lug nuts or bolts, others require new hardware. It may be something as critical as differences in the wheel's lug seat design, thickness, or something as simple as shorter lug heads to allow the wheel's center caps to fit. We recommend new lug nuts with every set of wheels. Wheel spacers are also required on a lot of custom applications, We also have wheel spacers if you need them. Payment and Return Policy
We do not accept credit card or paypal payments to UNCONFIRMED addresses. Orders paid by personal check will be held for 10 business days from date of deposit. Postal money orders and certified checks will be treated as cash, and items will ship when payment is received. General Return Guidelines: Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
- Are in their original factory packaging and shipping carton.
- Have original manufacturer information labels and part number attached.
- The original factory carton must not be marked on or used as a shipping carton back to our facility.
- As long as the parts are not damaged or have not been installed, we will issue a refund for the product only when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of handling and shipping will be credited ONLY in those instances where the return is a result of our error. A copy of your invoice and a letter of explanation as to why the product is being returned must accompany all returns. Incorrectly supplied items will be exchanged or refunded at our option. No refunds will be authorized after thirty (30) days. All items returned must be in new, unused condition for credit, exchange or refund.
- Restocking Fees: All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or a $20 minimum, whichever is greater. This percentage does not include the original shipping and handling charges and only applies to the cost of the parts being returned. Shipping and package insurance on all returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless notified otherwise. Returned parts require an RGA number which must be visible on the outside shipping carton. All return merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer until credit is issued from RT Tire Company. Any deviations from the restocking fees are at the discretion of RT Tire Company.
Damage Claims
The customer will need to contact the shipping company that delivered the package in order to initiate a damage claim. No matter whom you feel is at fault, the claim must be initiated with the shipping company. They will then be in touch with us for some of the particulars about the shipment. When the claim is confirmed, we can order a replacement for the damaged merchandise. RT Tire Company cannot initiate claims for you unless the package has been sent back to our facility due to damages in transit by the shipping company themselves.
